Suburban Mid Seven Preview

The Mid Seven took Kansas City by storm last season as Park Hill South took home the league title in 2010. This season the panthers will have to replace a good part of that 2010 conference championship team, which could open up the league for teams like Fort Osage who return a great chunk of their 2010 squad which went 7-4 with a pretty young roster. Also Raytown South which returns Conference Defensive Player Of The Year Jamaal Cox and others from their great season a year ago. Other news Raytown and William Chrisman saw significant improvements in their season, Both teams met in week 10 last season to determine the final playoff spot in the district with the Blue Jays coming on top. Belton made a huge coaching hire by luring former Kearney coach Mark Thomas who won 2 state championships with the Bulldogs in 2002 and 2003.
